Material:
High-speed steel rolls are usually made of high-speed steel (HSS). High speed steel has excellent hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, and is suitable for use in high temperature and high pressure environments.
Structure:
HSS rolls are usually composed of two parts: the roll body and the roll neck. The roll body is the main working part, which is used to contact and exert pressure on the material to be rolled, and the roll neck is used to support and transmit force. The roll body and the roll neck are connected by mill bearings.
How it works:
HSS rolls shape and press metal materials by rotating and applying high pressure.
