Product Features:


GT semi-steel forging rolls are widely used in various steel forging processes, especially in high-volume, high-temperature, high-pressure forging processes. It can be used to forge all kinds of steel, including shafts, rings, plates, etc.

  • GT semi-steel forging rolls consist of two parts, the graphite inner cavity and the steel housing. The graphite inner cavity is responsible for providing good heat conductivity and wear resistance, while the steel housing provides high strength and impact resistance.

  • Due to the presence of the graphite inner cavity, the heat can be quickly transferred to the workpiece, which improves the forging efficiency.Graphite material has good wear resistance, which can reduce the friction loss between the roll and the workpiece and prolong the service life of the roll.
