Product Features:
1. The production process of centrifugal infinite cold hardening rolls adopts centrifugal casting technology, and the molten metal is injected into the mold through a high-speed rotary casting machine, so that the metal is evenly distributed under the action of centrifugal force, and quickly cooled and solidified. The resulting rolls have a dense microstructure, uniform hardness distribution, and no internal defects and porosity, resulting in excellent wear resistance and mechanical properties.
2. The surface of centrifugal infinite chilling rolls is usually shot blasted and case hardened to enhance their wear resistance and anti-sticking.
