Product Features:
Centrifugal bainite rolls are manufactured by adding a suitable ratio of spheroidal graphite and nodularizing agent to high-quality steel, melting and then casting using centrifugal casting technology. Centrifugal casting makes the structure of the roll uniform and dense, with high strength and excellent wear resistance.
During the casting process, spheroidal graphite undergoes spheroidization, forming a uniformly distributed spherical structure.
